Official Public Statement

There is no acceptable form of criminal war against civilians

World Human Peace Foundation — worldhumanpeace.org

No invasion that deliberately targets civilian lives can ever be justified, tolerated, or forgotten. History has a name for those who order it — and history must also have consequences for them.

The ongoing illegal invasion of Ukraine represents one of the most documented and witnessed war crimes of the modern era. Thousands of civilians have been killed. Millions of families have been destroyed. Cities that took generations to build have been reduced to rubble. This is not collateral damage — it is deliberate, systematic, and criminal.

Every civilian killed, every family shattered, and every city bombed is a reminder that human life is not negotiable. Accountability delayed is injustice prolonged. This must end — not tomorrow. Today.

We call on every nation, every international court, every prosecutor, and every citizen of conscience to act on the following demands without compromise or delay.

Our Demands

Full criminal accountability — Every individual proven to have ordered, enabled, or committed war crimes against Ukrainian civilians must be identified, prosecuted, and held to the fullest extent of international law. Vladimir Putin and all military and government leaders with proven criminal responsibility must face international justice, permanent isolation, and consequences proportional to their crimes — up to and including the maximum penalty available under applicable law.

Asset seizure — All assets linked to corruption, sanctions evasion, and illegal conduct must be immediately frozen and permanently seized wherever they are held in the world. No country should serve as a safe haven for the wealth of war criminals.

International isolation — No diplomatic normalization, no economic partnership, no return to the international community for any state or individual found responsible for these crimes until full accountability is achieved.

History Has Seen This Before — And History Must Not Repeat

Those who commit atrocities on civilian populations are not new to this world. The names below represent only a fraction of those who have brought suffering to millions. Their legacy is not politics — it is human tragedy. We name them so that the world never forgets what happens when power operates without accountability.

About This Foundation

The World Human Peace Foundation was created to stand against exactly this — the murder of civilians, the abuse of power, and the silence of those who look away. We have operated without institutional support, without funding, and under immense personal pressure. We continue regardless, because the alternative is silence — and silence is complicity.

We are ordinary people who refuse to accept that the world should be ruled by those willing to kill for it. If you share this belief, we ask only one thing: do not be silent.
